What is a contextual reference?
Contextual reference is use to refer to subject or noun. Examples of contextual reference are it, its, they, them and etc. We use they as a subjective, them as an objective and their as a possessive pronouns.
There are four types of contextual reference:
- Rewording the word
- Giving its synonym
- Giving its antonym
- Giving details about the word
